This orphanage, housing 80+ kids at the time of Marina's first visit, was in a sad state of lack of repairs. Roofs presented two big problems. Structural damages due to water damage and safety problems, as the broken ceiling could have collapsed on the children. Some orphanages have worse living conditions than others. This specific  orphanage is Marina’s Kids original location. When Marina first  visited, the roofs were broken and leaking. The leaks caused structural  damage, resulting in fallen ceilings in several rooms.
